On the occasion of the 33rd Independence Anniversary
Dear Participants,
Congratulations to the people of Eritrea inside the country and abroad; to all its friends; and to the free peoples of the world. Allow me to express my gratitude to all those who contributed to impart additional splendor to this momentous day – the 33rd Anniversary of our Independence – through various inspirational programmes. We normally assess – at propitious occasions of the annual celebration of Independence Day – the dynamic nation-building process of independent and sovereign Eritrea; and, the progress achieved against the backdrop of our pronounced mission within the context of fluid global and regional developments and trends.
